The receptionists and other staff members were very accomodating, even when I asked for some items to be delivered to the room in the middle of the night. Pool area offers a ice view of the city. Gym was a bit small and the treadmills were not working, other equipments were usable, though. The buffet selection was small and it came with the room, so might as well take it. Room was fully stocked with the standard hotel amenities and the ironing set was a nice touch, but it does not come with the robe. Cell reception was great everywhere in the hotel except for the elevator, of course. Overall, a very nice experience and looking forward to staying with them soon.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. As soon as I entered, I was impressed—the place looked so nice, and the view was absolutely perfect for events, couples, and families. The room itself was also just perfect. What I loved the most was the buffet breakfast. For me, it was a five-star experience—everything I wanted was on the menu, and the food tasted so good. I also want to commend the service, especially from one of the employees named Nikko. He was very accommodating, approachable, and attentive, which made us feel so comfortable. His warm attitude really added to our overall experience and made our stay even more wonderful. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back!
I had an amazing stay at Zuri Hotel Iloilo! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and very accommodating. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed. Everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the rooftop pool area was a perfect place to unwind while enjoying the city view. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Zuri Hotel to anyone visiting Iloilo. You’ll definitely enjoy a memorable and comfortable stay here!
On a main road but no noise that we heard. Rooms that we had were spotless, good sized shower, comfortable bed, quite a few TV channels, good WIFI, excellent staff. Breakfast was included in our booking, depends on your taste, very much a Filipino style buffet breakfast but included fried eggs, saugages, etc for those with western tastes. Nice hot water in the showers but water pressure could have been better but not a deal breaker. Check out is 1200 which is a bonus
Hotel rooms are great the one we got was the family room, it is very spacious and has 1 queen bed and 4 single bed, 2 toilet and baths and a kitchenette, the location is very accessible to other establishments like malls and restaurants. Room is also very clean and staff is very accommodating.
Had an excellent stay here. Mjeey, with her warm smile and excellent service in the omelette station made my breakfast there everyday for a week as something I don't dread as a solo traveller. She's very friendly as well, Ereca and Kris at the buffet reception were very friendly as well. Trinity also from the front desk. The staff made my staff very pleasant. The room was large and clean.The pool was very nice. Unfortunately, the gym equipment needs some urgent repairs. The hotel is centrally located which very good too.
We stayed at the hotel 2-6 February 2026. This entitled us to two buffet breakfasts, included in the price. I was disappointed with the buffet. The quality of the food was just OK. There is a very nice infinity pool on the 10TH floor. The second day of our stay we tested the temperature of the pool. It was a bit too cold for my wife. There is quite a breeze up there, so it really cools the water. The hot tub was nice but not enough jets, and the water was a bit too cool for me. Overall the hotel is good. I wasn't expecting to have a 10% surcharge added to my bill on the 10Th floor bar. If you want to be close to everything with SM Mall just a 5 minute walk away, then this is the hotel for you.
Our room category is premium with balcony, good size room with two beds one queen and a large single bed. We’re on the seventh floor facing rear restaurant behind a little loud at night but nothing bothersome. Included at breakfast buffet, four bottle water per day, room service. Pool and gym on tenth floor. Room is comfortable, great lightning lots of lights very bright. Staffs are hit and miss check in was smooth the lady’s at the front desk are respectful and helpful, restaurants servers are great, and housekeeping does great work.
